'Crust & Craft Pizzeria started from a heartfelt vision: to serve real Neapolitan pizza in New York. The Rossi family launched our pizza restaurant in 1985 as a quaint, family-centered business, preserving recipes that have traversed generations.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her expeditions across Italy, training with veteran pizza creators in Naples—the homeland of pizza. After her return to the UK, her aim was to reproduce the essence of authentic Italian pizza, employing original techniques and the finest components.
From its humble beginnings as a cozy 12-seater pizzeria, we've flourished into a cherished neighborhood fixture. Yet, our devotion to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. We continue to use time-tested wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and select the most exceptional ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria is still held and operated by the family, with the Rossis' second generation at the helm of our zealous squad. Although we've incorporated some contemporary touches, the core of our venture stays fixed: to craft delightful, genuine pizzas that unite folks.
